Just checking in with this weeks blog..
It’s been a busy week for me..
I’m getting more interest with my Mobile truck Training, I have a few really good plans all coming together real soon..
Plus I’m now studying more for a Strength and Conditioning course I will be doing in the future..
I need to keep learning and studying to be able to give all my client, and anyone that wants good sound advise to train
in the correct and safe way..
Many now “Pt’s” are only real Fitness instructors only really showing People around the gym, Not really developing with client a proper
So I think moving up to the next level will be good… This will include properly trains the glutes and main muscles around that ‘rear kinetic chain’
Which again are mostly forgotten about with many pt”s or not even touched upon in workouts, I see this so many times it’s really bad..
I have a quick 20 min workout for you all to download and Try
I gave this to a couple of my clients recently and It did take about 20 -25 mins to complete.. (If done as stated with NO long chats in between to try to add more rest time….:) )
You can do this routine as a quick lunch time workout or just repeat the round 2-3 times to make a longer session..
Just ‘Right Click” and Save image as to your computer and then upload it to your smartphone,
