Today on this Eve Day, just updating that I have finally finished of my 'Mobile Truck Training' Rig
it has been a long time in coming But I've had to make a few changes plus i still need to add some extra supports, (only just to make sure this system works)..

Ok quickly on to the Suspension training Workout #2.
Focus: Lower Body.
Format three sets. Set 1: slow, 4 count 10-12 reps,
Set 2: normal tempo, 12-15 reps.

Just update, Nearly finished with building the top rig for truck..
Had it all up and running today and tested with a few chin ups..
A few tweaks to go, then I have to start testing workouts before I start with clients.
So in 2013 I will be starting weekly workouts for small groups..
I'll keep you all posted..
Christmas is catching up us very quickly now. Only a few weeks to go,
so I have made up a quick 10 minute fat burner work out.
Very easy to do and all bodyweight exercises..

Here is an update with what's been happening in the Last week..
Well All the materials for my mobile rig is now in.. Had a little finding U-bolts, but I have found the right size and fits good.
In next week I shall be putting it together and testing it out..
It's been a long time in coming, Really wanted it up and running in the Summer, But I had to work out a few details.
I still may have to add in some support poles, but it should take about 3-5 mins to put up..
So This will be excellent for Suspension training and CrossCore training,
Also Could be used for pull ups, But I'll need to extensively test it out, Most prob over the Xmas pe...
