So here we are half way through of my FREE Weekly workout series.
I hope your enjoying them.
Mostly I am focusing on training that you can do literally anyway with minimal equipment..
I can easily make more progressive workouts that use more equipment and different workout strategies.
But I am currently working on more ways too give you a better way of training yourself without all the BS thats around..
