strength exercises (like Dead-lift, Squats and more advanced Exercises like using Kettlebells) so you get the fullest benefit and and more importantly stay safe.
After a fitness, nutritional, health and lifestyle assessment, a programme is designed and tailored to your goals. Regular fitness testing, assessments and coaching will help ensure your results last.
