So another week gone and it’s nearly February…
My ‘Mobile Truck Training’ is progressing nicely
I will be starting Filming promo vids very soon…

I will be starting with Free Taster sessions to get everyone used to this style of fitness.
It is starting to generate good interest, even from some professional sports athletes..

Well on to the Workout for this week…
I haven’t posted one for a few weeks,
But here is one of my ‘Finishers’
This workout is perfect at an end of a workout session to really get your metabolism kicked in..
Or just as a quick session when your pushed for time…
I have loads for these ‘quickies’ So I will make up some more..
Plus other Kettlebells workouts and other ‘Evil’ ones I think up… 🙂
