Just touching base here,with another workout.
And an update –
This is that I am writing out a few ebooks.
I was thinking in trying to write out a massive book with lots of info.
But I have decide to produce many smaller ebooks, Mainly so I can update them with future volumes.
Also there is Soooo much info about health, nutrition, fitness, strength training Etc Etc…
That there is really too much of it about and most of it is:
A. out of date total rubbish
B. Trying to sell a supplement product.
C. Just bad advice that contradicts everything else..
D. Just To much information overload that only Uni student could understand.
I will try to write out something that is clear and what I’ve learned over the past 12 years training People.
Researched with numerous books and seminars and basically Hints and Tips I have pick up over the years that I think Work.
This will be quite a challenge as I am sure whatever I write out, has been said before, If this is True..
Then its got to right – right !..
So What I may Do first is a Nutrition Ebook that I will GIVE away for FREE..
This will be followed by other ebooks.
One I have working on for a While is My Afterburner Finisher routine…

Just thought to put up this workout that I made up a few weeks ago,
But has become very apt over here in the UK at the mo,
As it is chucking it down now…
This workout can be done very easily at home with No Equipment needed..
Just ‘Right Click” and Save image as to your computer and then upload it to your smartphone,
To take anywhere…
