Hi all…
Here is Your Weekly Workout routine 0003 and this week you’ll need a Kettlebell and Dumbbells.
I have thrown in a few new exercises that some of you may not be familiar with, such as ‘Renegade Row’
(The Renegade row can be done with 2 kettlebells or without any Dumbells , you can just use bodyweight instead.)
So If you aren’t sure how to do it please Google search it or look on YouTube for some examples.
But be aware that not all Youtube example are done correctly…
