Your TTE Weekly Workout routine 0004 is here and this week..
On this routine I’ve put in a side plank rotation,This could be a little difficult to do if your a beginner.
So Just perform 30 secs of Side Plank, then try to perform 30 secs with a rotation..
Here is your number 0004 routine for this week.
