TTE Weekly Workout routine: 0006


Hi all…



Here is week 6 of these FREE 30 min Workouts, I have had a lot of fun putting these together for you.




This week is going to be a bit of a toughy, I have put in a few more Kettlebell moves… and a few movements that may seem a bit strange

( Like Ice Skaters)
Maybe because I am watching the 2014 Winter Olympics From Sochi…
One Event I like apart from all the others is the speed skating….
So the movement is similar to what they do on Ice.. 

I am going to watch almost all the events if I can, But I dont think I’ll put in some of the jumps from the Freestyle slopeside skiing or boarding,

or even the jumps from the Moguls… 🙂




So Below  I bring you the following workout which I know will get your heart pounding. I hope everyone has an excellent week
