TTE Weekly Workout routine: 0009


Hi all…



This week I want you to focus on getting as many reps in as possible for each exercise, I have thrown in a  couple of new exercise that some of you may not be familiar with, the kettlebell 1 arm thruster and Hand 2 Elbow Plank or i sometime call these  suicide planks  🙂 .


If you aren’t sure how to do it please Google image search it or look on YouTube for some examples.
