TTE Weekly Workout routine: 0010

Hi all…

Here is your week 0010 of your Daily 30 Minute workout

I have included KB goblet squat with press and kb tactical lunge these be done with Dumbbells, but just be careful with dumbbells when passing it under leg for the tactical lunge.

Remember to ‘push the kb or db over head for the press and please be careful NOT to hit your nose/face when doing so…

If you aren’t sure how to do it please Google image search it or look on YouTube for some examples.

So here is your week 10 workout….

For week 0027 of your Daily 30 Minute workout I included KB / DB Swings these are Kettle-bell or Dumbbell Swings. With these remember to ‘pop’ those hips for full extension as you bring the weight to at least shoulder height. Please remember that this isn’t squat with a high pull of the weight. – See more at: http://speedfitness.ca/workout-routines-tips/weekly-workout-0027#sthash.ReXAYTSV.dpuf
