TTE Weekly Workout routine: 0036

So I have worked out this weeks workout and it will be a variations on the good old Mountain climber..
This workout is perfect to lose the body weight FAST…


Also I may off mentioned this Before, But I am working on a complete 4 Week Fat Loss program..
Which really works….
This program will have nutrition advise as well and a Full meal plan plus Illustrated workouts for you to do..

**** Update ****  People have been asking me What are Diagonal Mountain Climbers? Are they the same as Cross body mountain climbers?


Well Not exactly…. Diagonal Mountain climbers are where both knees go to one side to elbow, So a slight twist in torso. But be careful not to rotate to much as this could cause to much spinal rotation….. If you feel it to uncomfortable just do the cross body mountain climbers..
