Hi all…
Here is my first routine in my Weekly Workout routine Series,
To Start this Week in the series you’ll need no weights just your own body weight, Just to keep it easy..
All of the Exercises Should be familiar to all..
But if you do not know how to perform a said exercise, then simply Google it or look on youtube..
There are hundreds of exapmles on there, But be aware Not all are performed with correct technique…
Here is the First routine…
Just ‘Right Click” and Save image as to your computer and then upload it to your smartphone,
To take anywhere…
