Okay Here is the second week of my series of weekly workouts…
In the coming weeks Some exercises will require either Kettlebells, Sandbags a TRX and Ropes..
I will try to most of these workouts purely Bodyweight.
But to add in some strength exercises I will need to add in some weight for you to overload your routine..
